North Carolina Inclusion Summit

Sponsored by the Department of Specialized Education Services at UNC Greensboro. 


The Annual Inclusion Summit brings a wide variety of disability inclusion stakeholders together to discuss current practices and future innovations. Thus, we invite participants and presenters from among educators, school administrators, related service providers, individuals with disabilities and their families, employers of individuals with disabilities, community-based service providers, vocational support service providers, researchers, policymakers, and all others who participate in inclusive practices across the lifespan.

Parking: Free parking will be available in either the Oakland Deck or the Walker Deck. Please inform the Conference Coordinator if you will need a parking pass.

9:00 am–12:00 pm: General Sessions and Breakout Sessions

12:00–1:30 pm: Lunch, School of Education Building

1:30 - 3:30 pm: General Sessions and Breakout Sessions

Presentation Rate: $75

NCTASH or CEC-TEC Member: $75

Requests for Proposals (RFP)

RFPs will be accepted for the North Carolina 5th Annual Inclusion Summit from two populations of interest. The Academic Form (i.e., Form A) seeks applications for posters of presentations with Q & A from researchers and doctoral students.  The Community Form (i.e., Form B) seeks applications for posters of presentations with Q & A from community practitioners, providers and administrators. Deadline to submit RFPs in both categories is February 1, 2020. More details and the application for Academic and Community posters and presentation are provided below.
